During April 1994, on a quiet road in Kigali, a group of Neighbours were Filmed. This was the beginning of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Even though almost one million People were Slaughtered, there is only one known segment of Footage showing any actual Killing, by Cameraman – Nick Hughes. Thirteen years later, this documentary Revisits the Scene, following the Cameraman, with Victims, Survivors, Killers and Witnesses. They were all Unaware that they were Filmed, and that this Moment - unlike a Dream, can be Replayed. As the Footage returns to the Community, friends and family Relive the Tragedy, as they work with Nick to Identify the Victims, and eventually the Killers. From the original Footage, the Story follows a thread of Revelation, of so many souls Lost amidst Ethnic Hatred, during one terrible Hour on a quiet road in Kigali.
